  1. Self-Troubleshooting

  2. Channel/Solution Support

    • Contact the appropriate technical support point according to the purchasing channel or contractual agreement;
    • Provide reproduction steps, environment information, and log screenshots as completely as possible.
  3. In-Depth Technical Support

    • For issues with a broad impact or involving versions or compatibility, the technical lead can consolidate the information and coordinate with the supplier or upstream team.

When reporting an issue, include the following information whenever possible to facilitate a quick assessment and solution:

  • Device information: including the product model “QE3 Screen Remote Controller,” firmware version, serial number, etc.;
  • Usage scenario: mission type, indoor/outdoor use, whether the device is used with a specific UAV or data link module, etc.;
  • Issue symptoms: summarize the symptoms in one or two sentences whenever possible, then provide a detailed description;
  • Reproduction steps: list the steps in chronological order and indicate whether the issue occurs consistently or intermittently;
  • Attachments: provide photos, videos, or log files when necessary (if the system supports export).

Typical After-Sales Process

  • Front-line report → Initial troubleshooting and reproduction by the technical lead → Escalation to upstream technical support as appropriate;
  • Issues confirmed to be caused by hardware or manufacturing will generally be repaired or replaced in accordance with the warranty terms;
  • Configuration or usage issues will be resolved through remote guidance, supplementary documentation, or training.

For the specific warranty period, repair method, and contact information, refer to the warranty card, agreement, or official public information provided with the product.
