To ensure safe use, strictly comply with the following restrictions.

This device is intended for users with basic experience in unmanned platforms / robotics, such as drones, unmanned ground vehicles, unmanned vessels, and humanoid robots. Before using it for engineering applications or high-risk missions, it is recommended that you first become thoroughly familiar with the safety mechanisms and operating procedures in this manual through ground-based / simulated practice.

Prohibited Use Scenarios

  • Use in thunderstorms is prohibited: Severe lightning and heavy rain may cause irreversible damage to the device and pose a risk to personal safety.
  • Keep away from strong magnetic fields and strong electromagnetic environments: Examples include high-voltage transmission towers, substations, high-power radar systems, and high-power radio transmission towers.
  • Operating drones, unmanned ground vehicles, unmanned vessels, humanoid robots, or other unmanned platforms in legally designated no-flight / no-operation areas is prohibited: These areas include, but are not limited to, airports, military areas, and important facilities of Party and government agencies.
  • Prolonged operation of unmanned platforms above densely populated areas or directly over people at close range is prohibited: This prevents potential injury to people and damage to property.
  • Prolonged beyond-visual-line-of-sight control is prohibited for missions that lack reliable links and emergency response plans: If operating beyond visual range, ensure that reliable data link / telemetry links and emergency response plans are in place.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations: Before use, understand and comply with applicable local laws and regulations concerning drones, unmanned ground vehicles, and similar equipment.
  • Flight / operation permits: In areas where administrative permits or prior notification are required, complete the relevant procedures first.
  • No-flight zone identification: Before flight or operation, use authoritative sources to confirm whether the operating area is a no-flight or restricted-flight zone.
  • Operator responsibility: The device operator bears full responsibility for safety and compliance throughout the entire mission, including, but not limited to, route planning and the control of flight altitude and distance.

Operating Environment Requirements

  • Operating temperature: -20℃ ~ +60℃.
  • Operating humidity: 20% ~ 95% recommended (non-condensing).
  • Avoid extreme environments: Avoid operation in extreme weather conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, dense fog, and icing.

Device and Mission Restrictions

  • Battery level requirement: Before starting a mission, it is recommended that the battery levels of both the remote controller and the controlled unmanned platform be above 50%.
  • Firmware version: It is recommended to use a thoroughly validated stable version. Be sure to read the release notes before upgrading.
  • Maximum operating radius / altitude / speed, etc.:
    • Follow whichever requirements are more stringent: the specific values in the “Technical Parameters” chapter or the applicable local laws and regulations.
    • Before initial deployment, it is recommended to conduct a small-scale trial operation or ground-based simulation test.
