This section outlines the key compliance considerations when using the QE3 Screen Remote Controller and its supporting systems. Specific laws and regulations may vary by region. Always comply with the latest local requirements.

Flight and Operational Compliance

When the QE3 is used to control a drone or other aerial platform, the operator shall:

  • Confirm before takeoff whether airspace or mission approval is required, and conduct the mission within the approved scope;
  • Comply with local regulations on maximum flight altitude, maximum distance, and visual line of sight;
  • Avoid entering no-fly or restricted areas (such as airports, critical facilities, and densely populated areas), and verify against ground station or map data when necessary.

For ground robots or other applications that do not involve flight, the applicable safety standards for the relevant industry and operating scenario shall also be observed.

Radio and Network Compliance

  • When using a wireless link, ensure that the frequency band, transmit power, and device model comply with local radio regulations;
  • Unauthorized changes to factory-set radio-frequency parameters are not recommended. If there are special requirements, they shall be evaluated by qualified personnel subject to compliance requirements;
  • If remote connections or data transmission are required over a wired network, private network, VPN, or similar means, network security and data protection requirements shall be considered comprehensively.
  • This product has no 4G or 5G cellular communication capabilities. Its cellular antennas and related capabilities have been removed, and it must not be used to access a public telecommunications network.
  • The enclosure may retain the physical structure of a nano‑SIM card slot (item 45 in the exterior diagram). It is reserved for appearance/structural purposes only and does not support or enable cellular communication or mobile data. Do not insert a SIM card in an attempt to activate a mobile network.
  • Users are prohibited from adding 4G/5G antennas, modifying the device, or enabling cellular-related functions on their own. Violators shall bear the resulting legal liability.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • For missions involving the collection of images, audio, video, or location information, comply with applicable personal privacy and data protection regulations;
  • Do not conduct unauthorized monitoring, audio recording, video recording, or other activities involving third parties that may infringe upon their privacy;
  • Properly store and control access to logs, recordings, mission data, and other data to prevent disclosure.

Environment and Disposal

  • Dispose of used batteries and the complete product in accordance with local electronic waste and battery recycling regulations. Do not discard them improperly;
  • Sort and recycle packaging materials where conditions permit to reduce their environmental impact.

This section provides general compliance guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. For critical missions, cross-regional applications, or scenarios with stringent compliance requirements, users are advised to consult the relevant regulatory authorities or professional legal counsel on their own.
