The QE3 Screen Remote Controller is equipped with multiple three-position switches for controlling the device's safety state and switching between mission modes.
⚠️ Important Safety Notice:
- When a three-position switch on the remote controller is assigned the unlock function and is in the unlock position, do not power on the remote controller. This prevents the device from being started accidentally in an "unsafe" state. Not all devices can handle a sudden unlock signal.
- For three-position switches related to flight control, make sure you understand the function represented by each position (such as attitude mode, position-hold mode, or return-to-home mode) before takeoff, and complete a simulation test before takeoff.
Instructions
Three-Position Switch Positions (Example Definitions)
Specific function definitions may vary depending on the firmware version or mission configuration. The following are recommended conventions; the actual mission configuration takes precedence.
- Manual mode: The controlled device can be controlled manually.
- Offboard mode: The mission is performed according to the predefined settings.
- Position-hold mode: The controlled device is under position-hold control.
Precautions
- Always check before powering on: Make sure the three-position switches are in the correct positions.
- Safety first: The instructions above are intended to protect the device and the user. Do not attempt to bypass them.
- If you encounter a problem: Refer to the Troubleshooting and Support section.
