Battery Issue
Troubleshooting steps:
After installing the battery and powering on the UAV, power on the remote controller, connect it to the computer with an Ethernet cable, and connect QGC. The battery level is displayed at the top of QGC;
Check whether the battery is depleted. Charge the battery using a power adapter with the recommended specifications;
If the device hardware is in normal condition but the battery cannot be charged, check whether the battery has failed due to over-discharge, swelling, or other issues. If the battery is determined to be damaged, replace it.
Hardware or System Fault
Troubleshooting steps: Check whether the switch module is damaged or another module is malfunctioning. Contact technical support for hardware inspection and repair.
2. The Target Cannot Be Reached with ping
Troubleshooting steps:

Verify that the video-transmission antennas are fully connected;

Check the computer's Ethernet configuration and confirm that its wired-network IP address and subnet mask match the UAV–remote-controller subnet;

Check the physical Ethernet connection. Confirm that the cable is fully inserted into both the computer and remote controller Ethernet ports. Disconnect and reconnect the cable to rule out a loose connection;

Check the interface hardware. Verify that the Ethernet-port indicators on both the computer and remote controller are illuminated. Inspect the ports for damage or bent pins, and cross-test with a known-good Ethernet cable;

Check device power status. Confirm that both the onboard UAV equipment and remote controller have powered on and completed startup. Network initialization is delayed immediately after power-on; wait
30–60seconds before retryingping; -
Retest the link. After completing the preceding checks, run
ping <target IP>again in the computer's command prompt and check whether packets are sent and received normally. If the target still cannot be reached, restart the remote controller and onboard navigation module, then try again.
3. QGC Cannot Connect
Troubleshooting steps:
Check whether the video transmission parameters are configured correctly, such as whether the baud rate matches the configuration of the flight controller serial port in use, and whether the ports paired for video transmission are consistent;
Confirm that the port and IP address used for the QGC connection are configured correctly;
Check whether the Ethernet cable is damaged or disconnected, and replace it if necessary.
4. QGC Is Connected but the Remote Controller Has No Signal
Troubleshooting steps:
Video transmission cable harness issue: Check whether the video transmission cable harness is disconnected or damaged. Replace it with a complete, undamaged cable harness;
Video transmission module hardware fault: Check whether the video transmission module on the drone or remote controller is damaged, and replace it if necessary.
5. The Battery Charges Slowly or Cannot Be Charged
Troubleshooting steps:
Charger or cable issue: Confirm that the recommended power adapter and its matching cable are being used. Try replacing the charger or cable for testing;
Connector issue: Check the charging connector for poor contact or foreign matter. Clean it and then try charging again.
