Unboxing and Setup Instructions

Covers the entire B320 UAV unboxing process and introduces all accessories one by one, while also providing detailed instructions for the first flight and device connection procedures.

FlyCore supports AI control of the UAV for secondary development. For details, see the Integration Guide for Developing the FlyCore WEB Ground Station with AI.

Preflight Precautions:

Checklist

1.Physical installation: The main shaft has no structural deformation, and all screws are tightened.

2.FOV check: The camera and radar fields of view are unobstructed.

3.Power check: The CAN power module protocol has been integrated into the bus, and the ground station can read the voltage/current.

4.Signal links: SBUS, telemetry, and network signals have all been verified as normal at the ground station.

5.Sensors: The accelerometer and horizon have been calibrated, and positioning has converged on the web interface.

6.Motors and remote controller: The motor rotation directions/sequence are correct, and the remote controller's arm/disarm functions work properly.

7.PID parameters: Basic tuning has been completed for the new frame, and the parameters have been saved.

8.Propellers: Ensure that the propeller installation directions correspond to the motor rotation directions and that the nuts are tightened.

Safety Checks

1.Check the battery level: Confirm that the device battery has sufficient charge (recommended > 50%). If the battery level is too low, charge it first.

2.Appearance and port check: Check whether the UAV and remote controller housings and antennas are intact, with no obvious damage or looseness; confirm that all ports (USB, Ethernet port, video transmission expansion bay, etc.) are free of foreign objects.
