DC Power Supply Instructions

This section mainly describes how to assemble and use the DC power supply, including the required equipment, step-by-step assembly procedure, device usage, and safety precautions, so that the DC power supply can be properly assembled and connected to the UAV for use.

Assembling the DC Power Supply:

1.Equipment Preparation

Before assembling the DC power supply, prepare all the required equipment in advance. The complete set includes four types of accessories: a DC power adapter, a DC power supply cable, a dedicated adapter cable, and the associated connectors. Ensure that all accessories are intact, the ports are undamaged, and the connections function properly.

2.Assembly Steps

The device must be assembled step by step in the specified sequence. Connect the accessory ports in order to ensure secure assembly and stable cable connections. The detailed procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Connect Accessory 1 to Accessory 2

Take out core Accessories 1 and 2, align their dedicated connection ports, and smoothly insert Accessory 1 into the port on Accessory 2. Ensure that the ports are fully seated, with no looseness or misalignment, to complete the initial assembly.

Step 2: Connect the Assembly to Accessory 3

Connect the assembly completed in the previous step to Accessory 3. Accurately align the ports before inserting them, and ensure a secure connection to prevent incomplete or incorrect connections.

Step 3: Connect the Assembly to Accessory 4

Continue the assembly procedure by connecting the completed assembly to Accessory 4. Insert all ports fully to complete assembly of the entire DC power supply set.

3.Instructions for Use

After assembling the DC power supply, it can be connected to the UAV to provide power. The procedure for connecting it to the UAV is as follows:

Take the assembled DC power supply, precisely align the external connector of Accessory 4 with the dedicated power port on the bottom of the UAV, and smoothly insert it into the port. If the device indicator lights show the normal status—the DC power supply indicator lights green and the switch at the rear of the UAV lights red—the connector is fully inserted, the circuit is connected properly, and the device can be powered normally. Short-press the power button to use the device.

Caution

Safe Operating Requirements: When assembling the device and connecting it to the UAV, ensure that the power supply connector and device power port are fully inserted and firmly secured. Operating with a loose or partially inserted connector is strictly prohibited. This prevents power loss, poor contact, and other issues while the device is operating, thereby avoiding disruption to normal operation and mitigating the risk of device failure.
