Network Camera Use Case

LQ-10 series products support network cameras. Users can connect a network camera's Ethernet port directly to the Ethernet port on the LQ-10 STA unit and transmit data over the remote connection. The Ethernet port on the LQ-10 AP unit can be connected to a laptop for video transmission and monitoring.

The figure above shows that the wiring has been completed successfully. Next, connect the AP unit's Ethernet port to the laptop to begin video transmission.

  • Open the VMS software, select the manual-add option, and enter the camera IP address 192.168.1.10.

  • Select the checkbox and wait for the connection.

  • Return to the home page and click Monitor to view the video.
