Interface Description

GH1.25 power input: The LQ 10 power input supports a 9V–15V DC supply. + is positive and is negative. It can be used with the power cable in the cable pack.

Input and Output Interfaces

  • GH1.25 power input: The LQ-10 power input supports a 9V–15V DC supply. + is positive and - is negative. It can be used with the power cable in the cable pack. 图片5.png

  • GH1.25 serial port: UART interface. UART0 supports SBUS input and output and can be used with the serial cable in the cable pack. For the exact UART pin order, refer to the interface markings printed on the enclosure.

    Serial-Port Marking Description Function
    G GND Ground wire for the serial signal
    T TX Serial transmit-data wire; connect it to RX on the serial receiver
    R RX Serial receive-data wire; connect it to TX on the serial transmitter

External Indicators

The LQ-10 provides commonly used indicators that allow users to view and monitor device status. Their functions are as follows:

ETH1 / ETH2 Changes when the corresponding Ethernet port establishes a link or transmits data
SYS Indicates the current AP/STA role and provides feedback from the factory-reset button
RSSI Indicates the wireless signal level; flashing red only means that a disconnected link has been confirmed

SYS Indicator Patterns

STA Flashes once: on for approximately 100ms, off for 900ms
AP Flashes twice: on for 100ms / off for 100ms / on for 100ms / off for 700ms
Valid reset-button interval Flashes rapidly while held for 5–10 seconds, indicating that recovery will run after the button is released

RSSI Colors and Thresholds

The closer RSSI is to 0, the stronger the signal. Broadband and narrowband modes use different thresholds.

Important Flashing red is no longer triggered directly by a particular low RSSI threshold. As long as valid link reports continue, the indicator remains steady red even if RSSI is very low. The indicator flashes red only when an AP receives no reports from any STA for 5 seconds, or when a STA receives no synchronization packets from the AP for 5 seconds.

RSSI is updated every 2 seconds. If the driver returns 0 or -127, or if reading fails, the indicator remains steady red rather than incorrectly reporting a disconnection when the link is still known to exist.

Factory-Reset Button

After the system starts normally, use a SIM-eject tool to hold down the reset button:

  1. Hold it for less than 5 seconds: releasing the button does not initiate recovery;
  2. Hold it for 5–10 seconds: the SYS indicator flashes rapidly, and releasing the button restores the default STA template;
  3. Hold it for 10 seconds or longer: rapid flashing stops, and releasing the button does not initiate recovery, preventing accidental activation by a long press;
  4. After a successful recovery, the application restarts and the default address is 192.168.1.201.

On the “Restore Factory Settings” page in the web interface, you can also explicitly select the AP template at 192.168.1.200 or the STA template at 192.168.1.201.

Mounting Interface

  • Four M2×2.5 mounting holes are provided on the bottom of the device. During installation, prevent metal structures from obstructing the antennas and provide adequate heat dissipation and cable strain relief. The specific mounting dimensions are shown below.
