The LQ-10 video/data transmission module is radio transmitting equipment designed, sold, and used within China. Its operation must comply with relevant regulations issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT), including the Notice on Strengthening and Standardizing Radio Management in the 2400MHz, 5100MHz, and 5800MHz Frequency Bands (MIIT Radio [2021] No. 129).
Technical Parameters and Compliance-Oriented Design
The module was designed with reference to China's radio management regulations. Its key RF parameters are as follows:

Interference avoidance mechanism: the module firmware can scan channels using the wireless AP channel optimization function and avoid interference by configuring the channel.
User Guidelines for Compliant Operation
To ensure fully compliant use, you must follow these guidelines:
Responsible party: This module is sold as a core component. When it is integrated into a drone or other end product, the manufacturer or seller of that end product (the integrator) is the party legally responsible for ensuring that the complete device complies with Chinese radio regulations, including but not limited to applying for SRRC type approval.
No modifications: End users and integrators are strictly prohibited from modifying the module in any form, including but not limited to replacing the original antenna with a third-party antenna, adding a power amplifier, or changing RF parameters in the firmware. Any modification could cause the device to exceed statutory limits and create legal risks.
Principles for handling interference: Under the regulations, devices operating in the 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz frequency bands may not request protection from harmful interference from the radio regulatory authority. If your device experiences interference, try to avoid it by switching channels or using other methods. If your device causes harmful interference to primary radio services such as aviation or navigation in the same frequency band, you must immediately stop transmitting and take measures to eliminate the interference.
Important Statements
Compliance status: As a standalone component, the LQ-10 module does not itself apply directly for SRRC type approval as an end product. The manufacturer or seller of the complete device incorporating this module is responsible for determining whether the complete device requires SRRC certification and for obtaining that certification.
