System description: A Nano onboard computer system consists of an Orin carrier board and an NX core module.

Image deployment has two steps: first, flash the system to emmc; second, boot the system from the SD card.

Nano supports Recovery mode, system restore, and image backup. Connect the Nano to the host and enter Recovery mode to restore the system or back up an image.

Preparations

  1. Prepare a computer with Ubuntu preinstalled to serve as the host (laptop), and make sure it has more than 60 GB of disk space.

  2. Follow the Developer Guide to set up the environment.

  3. Visit the following website to obtain the latest official Nano image file. This file contains the official Nano image and the tools required for image backup and system restore.
