9 Upgrade

• Procedure:

  1. Put the onboard computer into REC mode:

  1.1 Turn off power to the system.

  1.2 Use a USB cable to connect the ORIN OTG-USB port to a USB port on the Ubuntu development host.

  1.3 Press and hold the REC button, power on the system, keep holding the button for at least 3 seconds, and then release the REC button.

  1.4 Enter lsusb in the host terminal. If an NVIDIA device is displayed, the device has successfully entered Recovery mode and subsequent operations such as flashing and backup can be performed. If no NVIDIA device is displayed, check the cable and the procedure for entering the mode, and then try again.

A. Place the installation package on the Ubuntu host and extract it:

unzip Amov_3564_Flash.zip

B. View the Readme:

cd 3564_Flash

C. Follow JP3564_Readme.

Ubuntu 22 (Jetson Linux 36.5.0 JetPack 6.2.2)

A. Place the installation package on the Ubuntu host and extract it:

unzip Amov_3650_Flash.zip

B. Install the environment automatically (see the Readme):

cd 3650_Flash

C. Follow JP3564_Readme.
