The LQ3 data link module is radio transmitting equipment designed, sold, and used in China. Its operation must comply with applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT), including the Notice on Strengthening and Standardizing Radio Management in the 2400 MHz, 5100 MHz, and 5800 MHz Bands (MIIT Radio [2021] No. 129).
Core Requirements
Operating band: The module is strictly limited to operation in the 2400–2483.5 MHz (2.4 GHz) license-exempt band designated by MIIT.
Shared-use principle: This is a shared frequency band, and no device has exclusive rights to its use. The module must accept interference from and coexist with other lawful radio equipment operating in the same band, such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices.
Technical Parameters and Compliance Design
The module was designed with reference to China's radio management regulations. Its key RF parameters are as follows:

User Compliance Guidelines
To ensure full compliance, you must follow these guidelines:
Responsible party: This module is sold as a core component. When it is integrated into a UAV or another end product, the manufacturer or seller of that end product (the integrator) is the legally responsible party for ensuring that the complete product complies with China's radio regulations, including but not limited to obtaining SRRC type approval where required.
No unauthorized modification: End users and integrators must not modify the module in any way, including but not limited to replacing the original antenna with a non-original antenna, adding a power amplifier, or changing the RF parameters in the firmware. Any modification may cause the equipment to exceed statutory limits and create legal risks.
Interference handling: Under applicable regulations, equipment operating in the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands may not request protection from harmful interference from the radio regulatory authorities. If your equipment experiences interference, try to avoid it by switching channels or using other appropriate measures. If your equipment causes harmful interference to primary radio services in the same band, including aeronautical or navigation services, you must immediately stop transmitting and take measures to eliminate the interference.
Important Notice
Compliance status: The LQ module is a standalone component and does not itself apply for SRRC type approval as an end product. The manufacturer or seller of the complete product integrating this module is responsible for determining whether SRRC certification is required and for obtaining it where applicable.
