Mini Homer Data Link Quick Start Guide:

Connect the Mini Homer Data Link Station Unit to the laptop via Ethernet cable.

Set static IP address on the laptop. Open computer settings and follow these steps to access network adapter options:

- Identify the corresponding Ethernet interface by toggling the Mini Homer Data Link Station Unit power, then double-click to modify settings:

- Double-click the item indicated by the arrow in the following image:

- After double-clicking, set the IP address to 192.168.1.123 in the pop-up window:

Power on the drone using the startup button, and ensure the Mini Homer Data Link Station Unit is also powered on.

Open QGC Ground Control Station, navigate to Communication Links interface, add new connection configuration with these parameters:
- Custom name
- Connection type: UDP
- Listening port: 8080 Click OK to establish connection:

Common Connection Issues:

Confirm pairing completion status

Verify IP address configuration matches between flight controller port and computer static IP

Check firewall status (should be disabled)

Set baud rate parameter SER_TEL1_BAUD to 57600

Connect the LQ3 Data Link Station Unit to the laptop with an Ethernet cable.

Set a static IP address on the laptop. Open the computer settings and follow the steps shown below to open the adapter options:

- Turn the LQ3 Data Link Station Unit off and on to identify its corresponding Ethernet interface, then double-click that interface to change its settings:

- Double-click the item indicated by the arrow in the following image:

- In the window that opens, set the IP address to
192.168.1.123:

Press the UAV power button to power on the aircraft, and power on the LQ3 Data Link Station Unit as well.

Open QGC Ground Control Station and go to the Communication Links page. Add a new connection, enter a custom name, select
UDPas the connection type, set the listening port to8080, and then click OK to connect:
